Registration

The registration and abstract submission is done at once via an online registration system here. If you want to register, please have your abstract ready. After your abstract is accepted, you will be notified. Please, read about the abstract submission and presentation form first.

Abstract submission and presentation forms

Upon registration, you will be asked to submit one A5 page abstract of your contribution. The template can be downloaded here:

You will also be asked to specify your attendance:
Active - in the form of flash talks
Passive - without a flash talk

For the active attendance, please prepare an online presentation for 6 minutes and shortly describe your field and your research project to the audience. Keep in mind the heterogeneity of your audience coming from different fields and make it simple and easy to understand for them as well. The number of flash talks is limited to approximately 30. The organizers will review abstracts, and some of them will be selected for a talk. Unfortunately, we can't promise you that you will get the talk if you ask for it.
